PrayEase Privacy Policy
Short version: PrayEase does not collect, sell, or share your personal data. Your prayers stay on your device.
Overview
PrayEase is a guided prayer app for iOS developed by Timovation. This policy describes how we handle information when you use the app.
Information We Do Not Collect
PrayEase does not collect any of the following:
- Your name, email address, or account credentials
- Your prayers, prayer lists, or any content you create in the app
- Your location
- Device identifiers used for advertising or analytics
- Usage analytics or behavioral tracking data
All content you create in PrayEase — your prayers, praylists, settings, and session history — is stored locally on your device using your device’s storage. It is never transmitted to our servers.
Contact Us Feature
If you choose to use the Contact Us form within the app, we collect only what you voluntarily provide:
- Feedback text — your message, which may include a Feature Request, Bug Report, or General Feedback
- Optional email address — only if you choose to include it so we can respond
- Device context — device model, operating system, OS version, app version, and build number, collected automatically to help us reproduce issues
- Display context — screen dimensions, font scale, pixel ratio, and locale, collected to help us reproduce visual issues
- In-session breadcrumbs — a log of up to 20 recent in-app actions (e.g., “opened session”, “advanced to next prayer”), collected only for Bug Reports to help us understand what happened before the issue occurred. This log never includes the content of your prayers.
- App settings snapshot — for Bug Reports only: your TTS, hands-free, prayer guide, music, accessibility, and appearance settings (no prayer content)
This information is submitted to a secure database operated by Google Firebase (Firestore) and is used solely to respond to your feedback and improve the app. We do not use it for advertising or share it with third parties.
We limit submissions to 3 per day per device to prevent misuse.

No other third-party SDKs, analytics frameworks, or advertising networks are used in PrayEase.
Data Retention
Contact Us submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to your feedback and improve the app. You may request deletion of any submission by emailing us at the address below.
Children’s Privacy
PrayEase does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. The app is rated 4+ on the App Store and contains no features designed to collect data from children.
Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
