Undue Privacy Policy
Short version: Undue does not collect, sell, or share your personal data. Your bills stay on your device or your own iCloud account — Timovation never sees your data.
Overview
Undue is a bill reminder app for iOS developed by Timovation. Its sole purpose is to remind you when bills are due and optionally track payment history. This policy describes how we handle information when you use the app.
Information We Do Not Collect
Undue does not collect any of the following:
- Your name, email address, or account credentials
- Your bills, payment history, categories, or any content you create in the app
- Your location
- Device identifiers used for advertising or analytics
- Usage analytics or behavioral tracking data
All content you create in Undue — your bills, payment records, categories, and settings — is stored locally on your device (or your own iCloud account if you enable backup). It is never transmitted to our servers.
iCloud Backup
If you enable iCloud Backup in Settings → Data → iCloud Backup, the app writes a JSON snapshot of your bills, payment history, categories, and preferences to your personal iCloud Drive account. This data goes directly to your own Apple iCloud account and is governed by Apple’s privacy policy — Timovation never has access to it.
You can disable iCloud Backup at any time in Settings → Data → iCloud Backup.
Notifications
Undue uses local notifications only (UNCalendarNotificationTrigger) to remind you of upcoming and overdue bills. These notifications are scheduled entirely on your device and are never sent through a remote server. No notification content is transmitted to Timovation or any third party.

No third-party analytics frameworks, advertising networks, or data collection SDKs are used in Undue.
Data Retention
Timovation does not hold any data about Undue users. All your data lives on your device and, if you opt in, in your own iCloud account.

Children’s Privacy
Undue does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. The app contains no features designed to collect data from children.
Governing Law
This privacy policy is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
